Poor Service - My last experie...

Poor Service - My last experience was with an insured part (battery) for my laptop. The store ordered the replacement part. It was received at my home a few days later. However, it did not fit since it was for a different Sony laptop. I went back to the store. They ordered another part. 14 days later the part had not arrived. I called the store for a status. Infering that I would be placed on a quick hold, I was placed on hold 7 minutes. When he came back on his the phone he seemed less than thrilled that I was still holding on the phone. He went on ask for the service order number. After looking a moment at the record, the guy said that I should had called the number noted on some paper that came with the box for the incorrect replacement item. What !!!! ?????

I am frustrated. Why wasn't I advised of this 14 days ago? Further, why doesn't the store call the part sender themselves since Best Buy Geek Squad ordered the original part? Really poor service. I just groan when something goes wrong and I have to go back to the store. The store mirrors incompetence and a lack of caring. I point the blame at current management. The store was not like this years ago. They use to really cared about service and the customer.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing is when I was getting help from a associate they tried twice to pull him to two different areas of the store looks to seem less associate on the floor then in the past and had only one check out person on a Saturday they got other associates off the floor to help with line. Great Store but needs more staff.

This store is well merchandise...

This store is well merchandised and friendly staffed. They do need additional staff at the Geek Squad desk. The wait there can be quite long.
