Garcia has proudly served the community as a self employed independent businessman since 1985.  First 20 years as co-owner of C&J's Audio Inc. the leader in car audio and alarm installation in the county.  Since 2010 Garcia has opened his own insurance agency in the heart of Rosenberg.  He is still in the same building with a new career.  Stop by and say hello.
