I am a regular customer here so I know all the inside scoop. Lana was by far in my opionion the best nail tech there but she left and I started going to Cindy who is a lot more quite and her English isn't as good. I have stuck with Cindy religiously. By far the worse one is Jasmine, the Manager who is by far the worst in customer service. She is jealous if you give a compliment to another tech because she apparently is the alpha female. Knowing I only go to Cindy told Mr one day to test the waters that she was going to do my nails after Cindy finished my pedicure. When I objected, she had the NERVE to say...Do you think I have time for you? Yes .... Like that. I just laughed and told her to quit being jealous.

Was just sitting getting a pedicure, when all of a sudden this lady starts going back and forth with a customer. HUGH?!! REALLY?!! Reading the previous review, I believe we're speaking on the same lady. She is NASTY RUDE! I have actually seen her in action speaking to someone Rudely. She will come across the WRONG INDIVIDUAL one day. & the prices are OVER PRICED. That's just a terrible combination...Rude/Nasty Owner & Overly Priced! Overall, some of the employees are good at what they do, but the owner is RIDICULOUS. Welps, she's lost me as a customer. Will NEVER GO BACK!!!

The owner of the shop is short & stubby...but most definitely Extremely Rude. She will argue with you if you ask to re-file your nail so that it can be a little straighter or something of the sort. She will give you attitude if you do not like something about the way someone else would do your nails or feet. I'm like "Who's paying...You or I?!" Horrible Customer Service to paying customers. My daughter went there before & she did not like her eyebrows & she actually argued with her just because she did not like the way one of her employees did them. Just Rude! Not that, the prices are WAY TO OVER PRICED...& customers have to deal with Terrible Customer service too?! She really need to close shop

I went there last and had a mani/pedi. I asked for a flower the lady did a flower for a 3 yr old. She did 4 dots with a different color dot in the middle. I went back today to try it out again. BIG MISTAKE. I did a pedi and asked for French tips. My toes have peaks on the French tip on 4 toes. I saw the big toe but did not she my middle toe. I will never go there again.

I was there last year to have my toes nails paint n the lady pass by n stare at my toes n said to the other eww her feet so nasty n she doesn't want to do pedicure, but they dont realize that I can understand there languages ( cause I am half asian-half Hispanic) I was so upset, n could believed they said it to me.this place used to be nails salon but they closed down n reopen again. N they overcharged too. It happened to my friends too

i went there for the first time,i love the way they treat the customers and they take good care of my nails and ped.I love it and they very clean.
