The girl working on Saturday afternoons is incredibly rude and unprofessional . She provides terrible customer service. She does not greet customers, does not even begin to act like she appreciates our business and never says thank you. On one recent Saturday there was a young man working who was completely opposite. He was kind, courteous and pleasant.

I dropped several new uniform shirts off to be cleaned and pressed. The employee hand wrote a receipt because the computers were down. I received the shirts back unlaunderd, and with no starch.

I gave them a second chance to correct the problem. The computers were working this day and I had them specify my requests on the print out.( launder and press with heavy starch) as noted on the computer receipt. I returned to pick up the shirts to discover that the shirts were not laundered,they were not starched,and the sleeve crease was not centered in the sleeve.

They would not refund my money and offered to try again a third time.

I opted to take my clothing to a competent dry cleaners. Avoid this business!!

Every other time I visit this location they have computer problems or do not honor the in by 9 out by 5. There is a big sign on the door which says so.
