Provided by YPmobileHorrible Horrible Horrible customer service!! I have been given the run around by them for the last 5 months. After paying to have the taxes prepared they are now telling me they never filed them and ithey will have to send me a copy to file myself because they lost them. That was three weeks ago and still have not received the paperwork in the mail so I can send them off to the IRS. (Which is something I payed them to do!) The lady at the front desk is very rude and never answers the phone. I DO NOT reccomend this company!!
