I received a bill from this company more than TWO YEARS after a surgery that was paid in full. Again, just like the previous poster, POOR customer service offered NO resolution. My attorney sent a cease & desist letter because they didn't provide enough documentation and they STILL continued to send me invoices, despite the legal letter telling them to stop.
