Usually, we have a good meal at Ruchi's when it's not so crowded. We went tonight, 12/30/14 at about 7:30 pm and it was busier than the norm. Waited forever for someone to seat us and when it became apparent that no one cared there were people to be seated, we just left. The worst experience with this particular Ruchi's, but it looked like they were way understaffed.

Not our favorite spot.....but my boyfriend loves the salsa verde! Also when I can get off during the week lol we go to happy hour for the margaritas, they're good. Service is lacking but overall the food is okay.

Food is just okay but service is terrible...not worth the wait.

Go to Gringos! The food was cold, the staff played around like a bunch of kids(literally hitting around on each other as if they were boxing) and the salsa blistered my husbands mouth it was so hot. The waiter didnt seem at all concerned, when i told him helaughed about it. we ordered beef fajitas for 2 and didnt get enough meat for 3 tacos total, the rice was cold and the crappy charro beans had hotdogs in it??? When we asked to speak to manager upon leaving we were told she just stepped out. Same location as the old seafood and old steakhouse that was horrible, this place sucked then and NOW. Dont waste your money!

Went there on a Friday night me and a guest at about 9pm got sat in a corner behind a wall. Took 20 minutes just for a waiter to take our drink orders. We ordered our food and when we got it, it's was not very good didn't care for it at all definitely not worth the money. Will not return
