AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I made a $200 Christmas order and although I received most of the items, the item that was the most expensive never came, and I ordered 2 of them! I have emailed this company 3 times over the last 2 weeks with ZERO replies. I tried contacting them on Facebook and instead of responding, they blocked me! I looked them up on Google and finally found a phone number but no one will answer and the mail box is full. I am furious! All they had to do was respond and offer to either send the 2 items or give me a refund. I will NEVER do business with them again and will do anything and everything to get a response from them. It's not about the $90 they owe me...its the complete lack of respect for paying customers! I own 2 businesses of my own and would NEVER treat a customer this way!
