Oh dear God.. where do I begin?? This place is an absolute nightmare! We ordered the nachos as an appetizer, nuggets and fries for my 4 year old, Jalisco burrito for my dad, and 2 chicharron tacos for myself. The waitress was noticeably inexperienced (we didn't mind at first). She brought us the nachos and five mins later she came back to take the plate away because she gave us another table's nachos. This really confused us.. why would she take them if we ordered the same thing and had already ate from them?? She then brought us the nuggets and the burrito. The burrito order was made incorrectly so she took it back to be re-done. We then got my tacos which were definitely not made correctly. I didn't say anything then because I felt bad for the waitress. As we are eating my dad asked me to stop and look in the nachos.. There was a huge, thick, curly hair wrapped within the cheese!! Just as I said gross, my 4 yr old daughter pointed out a deep fried bug within her nuggets! We are beyond upset. I can't believe my poor baby ate 2 nuggets out of her plate and there was a bug cooked with them! I am horrified!! I called the waitress over and showed her both problems and she said she would have the kitchen remake the food but I quickly shut her down. How did she expect me to agree to that? I tried to speak to the manager about the situation but he was busy speaking on his cell phone (flirting with someone). I waited till he was done, and while I waited, I spotted two of the cooks with no hair nets. One even scratched his head while working with food! Once I finally told the manager what I saw and experienced he became very defensive. He yelled and refused to acknowledge that his cooks were violating health & food safety rules. These people really need to evaluate their business. We are very disappointed with the way things were handled.. and to make things worse, the waitress followed us to the parking lot to ask for a tip! Yeah.. I hope she's not holding her breath.
