I have been going here for years and never had any issues. This time I got 2 pair of glasses. When I went to pick them up, I could see clear with each eye individually, but would see double vision with both eyes. They said it was the prescription. I went back to my dr and he rechecked my eyes and said it was visionworks fault. This happened 3 times over the next 3 to 4 weeks. The 2nd time I agreed for them to only remake one pair until the issue could be resolved. The last remake still had the issue. I believe their machine that measured my eyes was off because they got 3 different measurements on three different machines.

Since they tried 3 times to get this right and did not, I requested them to stop and refund my money. They said they will refund my card and I asked for a receipt. They said the refund can take up to a month on FSA or HSA cards to occur. I asked for all the paper work associated with what happened so I could go to another store. The employee, Ms S Reyna, refused to provide me a receipt and the paper work. I asked again for the receipt as all businesses are required to provide for every transaction. She refused to provide a receipt and called the Rosenberg police. Once the police arrived, they asked me to step outside and I did. I also told the police what happened. I asked if they could get my receipt. They got me the receipt, but It took them over 30 minuets as it appeared to be some sort of arguing between Ms Reyna and the officer at the main counter.

I then left and went to a different eye glasses place with the same prescription and had glasses that worked correctly within 3 hours.
