It was time to renew my truck tags and I didn't want to go to the DMV or go on line, so I went to AAA . I was so pleased because they take credit cards now and the entire process only took about 15 minutes . I walked out of there with my 2017 tags .

We've been using AAA for years. They are the best and most professional insurance company in the business.

Just renewed my registration at the AAA office. It only took 10 minutes. It is almost worth the cost of the AAA membership for that benefit alone. No DMV visit.

AAA is well worth the annual fee, just in the personal service alone. The staff here is knowledgeable, patient, and very customer-focused.

I went in here to get maps for our summer trip. They have them in a vending machine, which is really cool. While I was in there, a staff member answered some of my questions. Very nice and friendly. Clean.

AAA has strong reputation, but the customer service at this location is weak. They have lacked resources to find solutions and have been short when responding to questions.

Always a good idea to purchase a AAA membership! They have towed us too many times to count, always at no charge as long as we are within our defined radius. The latest was during commute traffic and they were there within the promised time frame.

When we entered we were greeted immediately and asked what the associate could help us with. We just needed a map and book, she assisted us and when she couldn't locate the book she went to the machine for it. Very fast service.

We have had AAA ropadside assistance and towing service for many years. We first got it when my husband was overseas and I was still here in SAcramento. Although we have not had to use the service very often, when we did, we were always pleased with how soon someone arrived to help and how helpful and friendly they were. Having AAA is one way to help guarantee peace of mind when traveling.
