When we first moved to Roseville, we rented a home managed by ActionProperties. The AC unit went down and was not fixed until 1 week later...in August. They decided not to fix the dishwasher when we called twice. Not a pleasurable experience.

Action Properties has been my parents neighbor's property management company. They have helped them through a tough time, renting and then when she decided to sell, they were still very accommodating. I would highly recommend them if you found yourself needing any property management services.

First approved app on a house that mysteriously was rented to a white family during a period when their office was closed. They couldn't explain how this happened. Owner didn't return our call. Then we were first approved app on another house with them so they said they needed to hold an open house to collect more applications. Is this just blatant racism, a scam to collect as many application fees as possible, or simple incompetence? Meanwhile, an owner sits waiting for his vacant property to rent... Going into his third month empty. (home is in wrong school area for us.) They are slow to respond to potential renters and the homes we have seen have visible maintenance issues (missing fence boards, rotten/unsafe decks, broken planter boards, open drain holes in yards...). I can't understand how so many owners list with this agency. They are the WORST we have dealt with in the area.
