John Hayes is very polite and respectful. He helped me find the right car for my son. He's always looking out for the best interest for his customers.

owner is a bully. verbally abusive. I spent 5000 on a car and now, one month later, I am going to have to spend 4000 just to keep it running. the owner would not return my phone calls and when I made the drive to go in person he bullied me into leaving the establishment by using verbal abuse. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau.
