Surgery is scary enough, but when it's not routine (such as gallbladder or appendectomy surgery) you want the best and Dr Braley is the guy to get. I had a cyst on my neck next to the carotid artery which was close to facial controlled nerves.
After consulting with Dr Braley he put me at ease, he spent ample time answering every concern I had. The surgery was flawless and the incision clean.  I highly recommend Dr Braley if you ever need surgery

I can definitely recommend the doctor himself (I've seen dr. McNabb) however, their office staff IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. You'll be better looking for a different place. Here is my story. My first appointment, I showed up about 20 minutes before time, and I still had to wait over an hour even though there was just one person in front of me. When getting price estimate, they overestimated my after-insurance cost over 10-fold (!). If I didn't catch the mistake, I'm pretty sure they would charge me that amount. But the worst part was trying to reach anybody after my first consultation. They have one main phone number with 4 extensions.Two days before my surgery I had an important question - they have overlooked one of medication I was taking and that could require my surgery to be rescheduled to avoid additional risk. I was trying to reach them as soon as they opened the office. It took me about 5 attempts within 1 hour of trying to get a hold of anybody. When they finally answered, I was promised that somebody will call me back shortly with the answer to my question. Nobody called me back. After 2-3 hours of waiting, I wanted to follow up on it, since my surgery was coming soon. I was trying to reach them FOR THE WHOLE DAY, until the end of their business hours. I was calling roughly every 15-20 minutes, maybe a total of 10 times or more, trying ALL four extensions and leaving few voice messages. NOBODY answered even once. Nobody returned my call. Then I left a message saying that I want to cancel my surgery. I just had enough. The next day, doctor's assistant called (completely unaware of my attempts to reach them the day before). I wanted to talk to the office manager before the surgery. They apologized and assured me that they will call me back promptly to answer my question and give me a new surgery date. It's been over 2 weeks. Nobody called. I can't believe how they operate being so unprofessional.
