My family and many of our neighbors have consistently been disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from CAMS. Almost every interaction with representatives from CAMS is taken as confrontational, no matter how small, even though we are their clients, and pay them a significant amount of money to work on behalf of our interests as owners. Whenever we reach out to them for help with issues we have paid them for, whether large or small, the requests seem to be met with hostility, and nothing is accomplished as a result. We would highly recommend considering a different management company than CAMS.
