This is our go-to breakfast place. The atmosphere is comfortable and has great food (especially the biscuits and gravy and country benedict).

Had the California omelette with country potatoes and a waffle. Omelette was good but the potatoes were outstanding with bell peppers and onions. Food came out quickly and service friendly. Great value for the money

I love to go to Country Gables for breakfast, but their lunches are great, to. Although we don't go there often enough to be considered a "regular," it is obvious when people coming in are greeted by name, that many people do regularly enjoy this restaurant.

After being to this place several times, i've noticed a downhill in the operations there. As far as the food goes, it's usually alright, but they want to try and charge for every little thing from bacon bits on my baked potato to a to go cup for my beverage. When it comes to the service, it's advised to request specific servers stations. That's about all that makes the difference. The management/ owners main concern is definitely filling his pockets far more than customer satisfaction or employee appreciation. When I go to have breakfast and notice a boss venting on reliable help, i sense the tension which creates a negative environment for the customer as well as the servers. This was a Thursday ( 17th) so maybe different days are better. On to the next place tomorrow!
