I love Edible Arrangements. Have both ordered arrangements as gifts and received arrangements to enjoy. So yummy!

Terrible terrible place. Cleanliness seems to be lacking and didn't see any gloves. Service is the worst I have ever seen. I ordered from the Stanford Ranch store. So much cleaner and service was superb

Great gift idea for someone special. But watch for coupons or deals because they are expensive. Check groupon or living social.

I have ordered Edible Arrangements for people before, but for the first time I got one as a gift. Unfortunately, I was not home to receive the bouquet. They can't leave it at the door, so they Called me to schedule a new time. Despite several tries, we couldn't figure out a time and I ended up picking it up at the store. They had a fresh bouquet prepared for the time that worked for me. Great customer service and delicious, fresh, beautiful bouquet to share with my family. They were great!

WORSE service EVER!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They make arrangements over weekend and make deliver following week and they look awful!!! Then manager won't talk to you because they don't want to DEAL WITH BAD SERVICE!!!
