I always have a great experience when doing business with this branch. The tellers are helpful and the drive though is a bonus!

I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to write this review but it's way overdue.



I've been banking with First Bank for almost 10 years now and I have to say - this bank is EVERYTHING a bank should be. I used to bank with the big banks and all I ever was is an account number, at First Bank they actually get to know you and you them. And imagine this: you can actually call the branch and speak directly to a REAL PERSON! Unheard of these days (which I try not to do too often, after all, they are working and I don't want to abuse this).



A couple of years ago someone stole my checkbook and wrote $2,000 worth of checks. I caught it at 4pm and called them. They jumped right on it and actually called the Federal Reserve clearing center and had the checks stopped. If they hadn't done this I would have lost the money (check aren't like credit cards, once they've cleared the money is gone).



I've used many banks before, both for personal and for business, and this is the best bank ever. Tell Steve, the Branch Manager, or Kamal, the Operations Manager I sent you, lol.
