I booked with them through Groupon and couldn't use my appointment due to an emergency. I called three times to verify that my appointment had been cancelled and also called and spoke to the manager and she assured me the appointment had be cancelled and my refund would be funded the next day. Days past and because the business is closed two days out of the week I had called and left a message and never got a returned call then called again and spoke with the manager again. When I spoke to her she said that the refund had not gone through because they were just learning their system and didn't know how to do it. OMG a manager not knowing how to refund a deposit, "go figure". Anyway, she assured me it would be in my bank within the next few minutes. I wait, and wait, I look in my bank and instead of giving me a credit she takes another $40 dollar deposit out of my account now she owes me $80.00. I am now fit to be tied. I call her back and tell her what she had just done. All she could tell me was she was sorry and that she would correct it. She didn't seem to care that it over drafted my account now because of my bills that were also coming out that day. So I called her back all she could tell me was "I am sorry mam, you are just going to have to be patient and wait for it to go back in". Bad business management. And certainly bad customer service. Specially for it to take a week for ME to call THEM to tell THEM they didn't refund my money and then they get it wrong.
