Rented from Hertz before at other locations, this location had great, fast, and personable service. Had a long rental due to car problems, so the ease of extending was convenient. Clerk turn my stressful situation into a relaxed, even fun process, until I was able to get my car fixed. :)

Awful experience buying a car here. Selection was good but they kept trying to insist that I use their financing. I had told them I had financing already they put through the loan for their company instead. Major hassle to get straightened out

I used Hertz Rent a Car at this location on Riverside Roseville because I was in an accident and I was getting my car fixed. Everything was great accept the location is hidden behind the used car sales and there was hardly any parking.
