BEWARE of the business practices of this counseling center.



My daughter is a 21 year old single mother who struggles to make ends meet and support her children. She went to Hope Counseling because she had little money and they promised to work with her. Well, she paid for a session ONCE with her debit card and after that Hope Counseling took it upon themselves to freely take future payments from her account without contacting her or warning her, and without authorization. This happened more than once! If you're someone with money, $100 missing from your account is infuriating, but if you're poor and struggling, $100 can mean not being able to buy formula and diapers for the rest of the month. It's devastating.



If you're looking for an affordable counselor, I recommend looking elsewhere.
