I don't go into Macy's that often but I went in the weekend before Mothers Day and they were having a wonderful sale. T-shirts for $5!! Girls got stuff too! Really nice clothes!!!!

It was about time I buy a new recliner. My Lazyboy was 28 years old .So I went to Macy's furniture and the sales lady was very helpful. First she had me sit and recline in several chairs. Next I had to go home and measure the space to make sure it would fit just right. Then I called her and did the ordering on the phone. She even called after the delivery to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend shopping there!

Always buy my face wash her along with clothes. Love the store and staff is always friendly. It's clean and easy to locate what I want.

I went into Macy's the other day and thought I was in Nordstrom. I actually had someone help me with selection, check on me in dressing room, bring me more product and ring me up. It was crowded to for huge one day sale. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Now they need to work on selection of premium denim!

Love their clothing and especially love their clearance sales. Good quality clothing, shoes and accessories. I appreciate that they continually have coupons.

We were shopping for our sofa their selection was too minimalist modern with price tags much more expensive . We left without purchasing anything

I love the INC brand. They always bring in the newest styles every month. You can find the clearance items too for really good prices. The bathrooms are next to an elevators and greeting cards. The customer service here is rally good, and managers assistance is rally fast too. Great atmosphere when you shop!

I love Macys furniture. My entire house is furnished by this store. Their furniture lasts long and is high quality.

Good housewares choices. Ladies wear and youth clothing limited. The store is disorganized and merchandising needs improvement.

Very very pricey which would be worth it for unique or efficient merchandise, but that's not the case. I've purchased great, similar pieces for less from competitors and it's not about quality, because our kids put our furniture through the ringer and it's still ticking.

Good selection and good sale discounts but it is rare to actually find a good sales associate. The dressing rooms are always a mess and it is difficult to find things.

I can always depend on Macy's to find the perfect outfit or the perfect gift. I also appreciate their annual "Thanks for Sharing" program for charity. I recently stopped by to exchange a gift that was the wrong size. They did not have the items in stock, but the clerk checked the inventory on the computer and ordered the blouse for me. They were shipped to my home at no additional cost.
