It is definitely a headshot. There are tons of tobacco items throughout the store. Lots of glass cases.

My fiancee bought a cap pen for $$$ and when it was leaking into chamber causing pen not to work he took it back the next day. The female manager stated there are no returns, my fiancee said good I don't want a return I just want a pen that works, to which this woman replies "they all leak like that." She not only provided no help to correct situation but admitted to selling low quality products. Awesome! No wonder all there reviews are bad! We WILL be contacting BBB.

i to purchased a vaporizer eg and it did not work from day one,,it will not take a charge,,,i was told to send it back,,well i told them ill be damm if i was going to pay for a mailing envelpoe and potyage for something that was thier fault

Well, the Auburn store just lost a loyal customer for selling me a broken vape and refusing to exchange it. I never once was able to use the product, because it never functioned from day one. You can't sell broken products at high prices and expect to keep costumers. I shouldn't have to go through the hassle of a warrantee for a product that never worked. That's where returns and good costumer service should come in.
