Went in with a hideous previous tattoo, and he took the time to absolutely make it amazingly awesome!!! He is a true artist that uses his passion and skill to create the most beautiful artwork! I Definitely recommend Aaron Charley!!

I wanted to get my daughters ears pierced, did my research, and learned that a professional piercer is the best route to take when getting an infant's ears pierced. Took my 9 month old daughter to Sam at Norcal in Roseville. He was wonderful with her!! He was so patient, kind, and professional. He was great about keeping me informed about what was going on and what his next step was. My daughter loved him! It's now been almost 2 weeks and her ears look great. She has not shown any signs of the slightest discomfort or infection. The alignment looks perfectly even and straight. Will be returning for a tattoo and possible piercing for myself. Thanks Norcal for the great experience!!
