Due to my being in sales and recent health issues, I rarely am able to spend much time with my young son. Today was a mandatory check in on some lab work that was done recently. So as a surprise to my 6 yo, I picked him up at his school for what he calls a "Daddy Day" to spend some quality time. So when asked what he would like to do, he chose the one place we use to go together since he was a toddler and his mother and him still go often, OMG in Roseville. We have had nothing but wonderful customer service there and expected nothing different. Today, however was.

Upon reaching the counter with our delicious yogurt, My son and his mother were ringing up theirs and I had a completed card that my son had and gifted to me to use for my yogurt.
Brenda, however had a different idea. Brenda stated, since we came in together that she has to use the card for the smallest yogurt and that we cannot ring separately. That would of been the end of it, if rules are rules (a difference of $3). However, before I could even respond, she stated "if you have a problem with it, you can call our corporate number," then proceeded to crack a smug little smile. This caught me quite off-guard, being in sales myself and always getting great customer service here in the past. In respect to my son and our limited time together, I walked away and left a message later-on with the corporate number.

I will not prevent my child from going to his favorite shop, especially one that he holds dear as the place him and his dad would go. But, I feel that this lapse in customer service should be noted. It is sad that one bad apple can hurt a business and others would simply choose to not return. I personally will not return without my sons urging, especially when our Father-son time is so precious and limited.

I would love to hear from OMG as to this experience and hope that we can enjoy many future yogurts together.

We love OMG! We like to ride our bikes here in the summer & sit out on the patio. Butterscotch chips are my fav!

at OMG Yogurt we love the selection of frozen yogurts and the toppings are always filled. They have a great variety! They are always changing up a flavor or two also! This is defiantly a great spot and the staff is very friendly.

Always friendly employees they greet each customer as soon as they walk in, and toppings are always stocked!!!

I could put as many toppings as I wanted to and the people that worked there were really nice we go there all the time and if you not gone you really should.

The yogurt is pretty good. I like that they are constantly changing the variety of their yogurt. I also appreciate that they always have at least 1 non-dairy option for my lactose intolerant daughtet.

The yogurt is great. But their staff is always so nice and friendly. We make the choice to go there because of the staff.

My kids prefer OMG over any froyo place around. This store is always clean and toppings fully stocked. The employees are friendly and always there to offer a sample. (The kids love that prt too) great variety and love that it's so close to where we live!!!! Two thumbs up for OMG Yogurt :-)

Great frozen yogurt with lots of enormous variety of toppings and really friendly staff. They cycle through flavors (eight at a time) so you can try many different ones.

OMG yogurt is an amazing yogurt shop. It has friendly staff and many different flavors to try. I always go there on the last day of school or just with friends and

it's amazing.

We've seen a lot of businesses go in and out of this spot. We're happy to see OMG yogurt has been successful. The staff is friendly and yogurt is great. Only negative is that their selection of flavors isn't as good as their other location in rocklin and they run out of their new flavors quickly.

My kids beg to come here! I love it because they Abe dole whip, just like Disneyland. This is the best yogurt place!

Great staff that is always friendly and helpful. Their Facebook page alerts you to the flavors in the store and tempts you to come in to try your favorites.

Good frozen yogurt place. My kids like going here after school. I'm not a yogurt fan but they also have shaved ice so everyone's happy.
