ROSEVILLE SPCA SOLD MY DOG ILLEGALLY on Dec 26 day after Christmas in only 1 business day. (ILLEGAL...it's 6 business days) And she was chipped and they didn't notify me. (ILLEGAL...proof of property) Plus, she was an emotional support dog for PTSD and Situational depression. I have different Doctors to back this up. And also according to this she fits no criteria for abuse of any kind. This was verified in a written statement by the officer the day I was again falsely arrested because of a LIAR!!! (Satan's Tools)

But let's go back to June 5th 2014, when it was obviously OK for an OFFICER TO LEAVE MY DOG in my car for over 4 hours on a HOT 94% day, with NO ACCOUNTABILITY. This officer falsely arrested me (case dismissed) for trying to REASON with HIM after a business screwed me over. For one, I was on the sidewalk trying to get him to do his job with no anger. I just didn't leave when he kept telling me to. I figured, I'm not doing anything wrong, he can walk away. But no, he falsely arrests me? I did not resist at all, yet he LIED and said I did...of course he had to have some reason for my innocently showing him, he wasn't making any sense? I told the officer more than once, "My dog is in the car!", he didn't care, he also cut someone off, and didn't signal while turning, nice guy huh?...I also told the police while in a holding cell, and the bail guy (I bailed out) about my dog as well, since no one would tell me anything. I found out the next when I picked her up that she hadn't arrive until over 4 hours later, from my arrest. No one would do anything about it.

IF I HAD LEFT MY DOG IN THE CAR ON A 94% DAY WITH THE WINDOWS BARELY DOWN MY ASS WOULD BE IN JAIL, IF NOT PRISON!!!

To top it off, the Auburn Animal Shelter FALSIFIED 6 THINGS ON A 2 PAGE REPORT OF THE DAY JUNE 5TH 2014, regarding the incident above when she was left in my car over 4 hours. They did so, because it changed the TIME SHE WAS BROUGHT IN BY A 3 HOURS. I have the proof.

I requested this info a few days after I was let out on O.R., Jan 4th 2018 (her birthday was Jan 11th) I spent Christmas and New Years in isolation (depression) and wanted to DIE and I still do.

Not only that, she was 6 when she was taken from me and I'VE had her since she was a puppy at 3 months. We had a very special bond, because WE ARE THE SAME!!!...I wrote about it in, "MY DOG IS SMARTER THAN YOUR DOG"...And will put it in comments, when I get a chance. She was the smartest and sweetest dog you have ever met, and she never barked! The SPCA knew that she was AMAZING, and is why she was the FIRST ONE TO BE SOLD DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!...Without my permission...Ca law sees animals as PROPERTY, so according to that logic, all property has to be held for up to 28 to 30 days, and OWNER CONTACTED before it can be sold or given away, especially if they ARE CHIPPED, that's proof of ownership...that is the law.

She was OBEDIENCE (by me) and AGILITY trained (me and a facility) Being a Border Collie and Golden mix, she wasn't just any old dog, she was like a person and I AND EVERYONE LOVED HER!!! She is very, sweet, submissive and easy to train. As an animal trainer, I do not need to use force, but firmness and voice and consistency and follow through and love to get my point across. I have always trained animals and have never hurt Shelby in her life, or any animals in my care. In fact I have many pics that show I rehabilitate them. What is ABUSE IS TAKING HER AWAY FOR THE ONLY OWNER SHE KNOWS AND LOVED...THAT IS EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE TO OTHER SHELBY AND ME!!!

I am also INNOCENT until proven guilty, and no one can judge me and crucify me and my dog based on someone’s word/lie, until all the facts are presented.

This place is not much to look at from the outside, but wonderful things are happening inside. Every animal gets special attention. It is run by an amazing group of people who work really hard to care for Roseville's homeless animals. They have a terrific volunteer program- I have never felt more appreciated as a volunteer.

Our family has fostered cats and kittens for them for years. They take care of everything and are always appreciative. I can't believe how many cats and dogs they adopt out every week and they're a no-kill shelter.

Placer SPCA is a wonderful organization. They have a full time vet on staff to make sure all animals are cared for properly. They also do a good job of educating and matching potential pet owners with a pet that fits their needs/desires.

Walk and Talk

Nicely kept animal shelter. When you take a dog for a walk be sure to "walk and talk" the dog. It will keep his business split between you and whatever roadside matters he is seeking out. Additionally, the dog will appreciate the attention you give him/her.
