As someone mentioned, the rates are a bit pricey, but worth it. My unit was broken into about a year ago and they called me immediately. Thankfully nothing was stolen, but they were great about following up. I also downsized my unit and they did this quickly and efficiently.

The rates are a little high but the staff is great and they are very helpful. When I had Covid and needed to make a payment Sonya helped me greatly! Thank you.

Sonya was very sweet and helpful. Needed a unit quick and she wasn’t at all pushy with trying to get me to use their unit. They also contracting with windscape apartments, their neighboring business, which came at a discount for a few months. Hope this is helpful if you plan to move in or out of those apartments!

Wonderfully diligent staff. I had a mix up with payment, and not realizing who’s number it was they tried contacting me numerous times to make sure I got it fixed so I didn’t get a late fee. During first viewing of my space, the staff made sure to spray & sweep it even though it didn’t seem to need it so they’re clean as well. Great security & accessibility. Love & trust this place.

If it wasn't for the manager I probably moved out she has the best customer service very friendly and keeps everything nice and clean

I was able to find good discounts online moved in same day facility is clean open until 10 PM and friendly stuff

Great security, it’s in the name, and it’s legit! We previously had a bad experience with a break-in with another storage company. We immediately looked elsewhere and landed with Security Public Storage - Cirby. We haven’t looked back since and have the confidence that our belongings are safe! The customer service is excellent too!
