Provided by YP.comEach time I enter this store I am treated like a valued customer, even if I just need a cleaning done and I am not making a purchase. The staff is very patient and explains everything throughout the purchase so you choose just right diamond for you!

Provided by YP.comI bought my wife's ring in Cupertino, but she does the cleaning and maintenance at this location. They replaced a small diamond on the outer ring with no questions or hassles, and they happily helped me when I've gone in with general sizing questions and no intent to buy.

Provided by YPmobileWhat a wonderful buying experience! They took time to educate us on our options, learn which features of a diamond were important to us, and then sent me off to have coffee so they could discuss budget with my husband (fiancé at the time). We go back for regular cleanings and the one time I lost a small stone it was repaired quickly with no trouble.
