My wife and I spent nearly $20k on our new cabinets, and wanted to ensure we find someone who can competently install our cabinets. My wife spoke to several people and cabinet show rooms to ask who they would recommend to have our cabinets installed. Indeed, Mr. Ray Rodriguez's (Simply Cabinet Solutions) name keeps coming up as a reliable and experienced professional who is knowledgeable with several types and brands of cabinets.

When it came time to install our cabinets, Ray always showed up to work on time, and had a complete variety of tools for the job. He even repaired some cabinets that came damaged caused by my delivery service.

Ray's craftsmanship was impecable. My wife and I appreciated how Ray would give us the opportunity to give our feedback on how we wanted some cabinet items installed; such as trims and handles. Moreover, at the end of each work day, Ray would clean up the work space and leave the area safe. Above all, Ray's service fee was fair and reasonable.

After some discussion with Ray on options, we decided to keep the same 1952 look built by my husband's grandma and dad in 1952. Ray re-faced our original painted cabinetry (one bank) with new and refurbished doors, including replacing the much-painted-on-hinges and hardware, and he also built a huge floor-to-ceiling cupboard-and-drawers pantry to match. The pantry looks like it was there 65 years ago, it fit so well with the original cabinets. He then built a matching bank of paint-able cabinets (a frig cabinet/upper cupboard, three more uppers, and two separate lower cabinets, built to our specs to fit in our small-but-long Land Park kitchen and taking advantage of all of the available space. He used the same type of reverse-bevel on the new lowers to match the original lowers on the opposite side. He also framed everything to give it a finished look. We are very pleased with Ray's work and would highly recommend him.
