I am a first time home buyer and the sellers elected this title company. Terrible experience. I was kept out of the loop on everything. I signed all my paperwork on Friday, 10/30 and was supposed to get keys on 11/2 at 10am and come Monday morning, the title company doesn’t even have the sellers signatures. You guys literally had an extra weekend to do that. There is no excuse for that. We are all busy. Here I am sitting and waiting. Still. It’s 11/3 at noon. No ETA on when I would get the keys. Just go with someone else if you have a say in which title company to go with.

Easy to work with. The employee I worked with was friendly and efficient. The office was nice looking.
