They are located next to a school an a city park. Very big property, and nice pool and a gym. They are gated and have apartment with garage and covered parking. Well maintained always. Good management!

I love the new apartment with the new gym. Also kids loved to swim in the pool and have many kids to play in the playground. The Stoneridge school is just across the street that is awesome.

When we were looking for an apartment to live in for a year, we really wanted to live here. The grounds and apartments are updated and clean. Many Stoneridge kids live here. We could not live here because they have a limit of 70 pounds for dogs.

Great experience we stayed there for 4 weeks during the summer, it was amazing!!! They have game nights and a pool its great for the whole family

Located across the street to a really good elementary school. They have 3 bedroom apartments large enough for a family.

BAD, CROOKS, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! NEVER RENT HERE !

This is in regards to illegal and unethical practice that Stone Ridge Apartments conducted.

We filled out a rental application and paid a $35 fee each for the Applicant Screening Charge and that had to be done within 48 hours. Then within 24 hours we were required to pay $300 holding deposit which we immediately did to secure cottage.

No confirmation email or follow up phone call made that security deposit had been received, there was no welcome letter either sent to us within 24 hours. Only 18 days later the receipt of a security deposit was acknowledged by Lori upon our request and the actual move in date confirmed. 13 days later a phone call from Lori that the cottage was no longer available, the tenants changed their mind and not going to leave the place.

Ohhhhhhhh.......we really appreciated that phone call 33 days after we paid all the necessary fees. What a waste of our valuable time!!! Isn't it so easy to blow off family moving plans????

They intentionally charged us a non refundable application fee and knew there was no vacancy. Even now if you check their website they put a vacancy for that cottage which is deceiving......We know for sure it is not vacant until mid August. Isn't it an intentional plan of collecting non refundable application fees from potentional tenants.



IRRESPONSIBLE, CHAOTIC MANAGEMENT !



WE CAN IMAGINE HOW MISERABLE YOUR LIVING THERE SHOULD BE IF WE WERE TREATED BADLY BEFORE EVEN PUTTING OUR FOOT IN !!!!!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT, IF YOU DO NOT SEE OR CHECK THE ACTUAL VACANT APARTMENT WITH THEM, DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY !!!
