Not happy with Syntrol. A one day job turned into a five day job. Showed up late or not at all. System not installed right. Go another business if possible.

Beware of dealing with this company. Their "Free quote" to my mother involved plumber ripping out her toilet and then telling her she either had to pay 275 to put the toilet back in or buy new toilet for 460. He basically forced her to buy new toilet which was crap and had same exact problem as before with bowl draining and added some low flow super weak flush garbage toilet on top of the existing problem. These people do not know how to fix problems and only force old ladies into buying new appliances and fixtures that they do not need and do not fix their problem the company was called out for. After calling in and speaking with their Vice President Todd he assured me that everything would be fixed to our satisfaction and nothing more would be charged. They then sent the same plumber out who was extremely aggressive towards my mother and told us he was NOT going to fix the problem we called him out for and the only thing he was going to do was replace the toilet or he will leave. When he said this he was getting up in my face to where I wasn't sure if he was going to try to take a swing because I had called his boss. I had to throw him out of her house at that point and the company was no longer answering the phone. It was only forwarding to some cell voicemail on # 916-869-1475



Now she is not only stuck with problem of bowl draining into ground which she had before but now a low flow toilet that hardly flushes.

Ha !! The Better Business Bureau is a PRIVATE organization that relies on paid subscriptions from the business owner's who join. One of the top 3 Mercedes Benz dealers in the US down in the Los Angeles area received a very bad rating because the refused to join the BBB.. I will not say all, but most from what I have read, of the localized BBB chapters do not "investigate" the complaints they receive, they just post the information. THEY are not a governing body, as such, the Dept of Consumer Affairs has had to come in and supersede on Consumer complaints. This business' boasted rating is because he pays his membership dues, not because he has no complaints

HVAC side of this business is ran awfully!!!!! The manager doesn't have a clue what he is doing, they are filled with lies. I would NEVER do business with this company!!!

Prompt attention, fast service,and a friendly attitude. Fixed our leaky drain pipe for 1/6 the cost we were quoted by somebody else.

Fast, courteous, clean, and very reasonable rates. Allowed me to schedule same-day work at around 5:00pm. A+ service and will definitely use them again.

Showed up on time as promised, quickly found the solution and charge was cheaper then what I was quoted. Fair price and good service. Would recommend to anyone!

They came out and fixed the garbage disposer in my sink, during so they found that the blade had pretty much been dull and rotted. They ran out to the nearest home improvement place and got me a replacement. Now that's service!

They fixed my air just in time. It's been burning hot and we need our AC. Carl was very friendly and was giving us tip on self maintenance on our outdoor unit.

I knew I needed plumbing under my sink done because it was deteriorated from being so old. I was on a very low budget because of some other issues with my car, so I needed a reasonable price but a perfect fix. Syntrol stayed within my budget but finishing the job better than I had anticipated. Thank you for making my faucet work great!

When I think back over time when we had other men come to our home for other work, there is absolutely no comparison to Carl and Garrett.

My husband being Italian, the two of them (Carl) got along sooo great....laughing all the time and ribbing each other!!! What a joy it was to have Carl and Garrett in our home!!!

I had a stopped-up sink, no emergency, so I scheduled an appointment. Whoever answered the phone was polite, helpful and gave me an accurate quote for the intended service. In my experience, the two-hour appointment window is a rarity, so that was a pleasant surprise. Another pleasant surprise was how prompt they were. Our plumber was so on-time that I was still in my pj's. He was friendly, got the job done quickly, charged me what I expected, and dispensed some friendly advice about some short-term and for the long-term suggestions without any dire warnings or hard sells. They were a pleasure to work with.

My heater had some problems this past winter and Syntrol was able to come out and fix it that same day. This was so accommodating for me and I really appreciated it. It saved me a lot of time and money and not to mention it saved me from freezing.

I have had Syntrol Plumbing come out to my house twice already. They have always been there the same day and always fix the problem faster than I anticipated. These guys are the real deal.

Syntrol is amazing! Garrett is fast and was a pleasure having around.

Carl and Garrett did a great job with my plumbing problem. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a fast fixing.
