Price was higher than quoted and the problem still persists to this day. Will probably not use again

I brought a lap top in for repair and was quoted a price under $100 but when I went to pick up my computer they tried to charge me almost $300 and the entire work order was not complete.

Awesome! They have helped me a few times with computer issues. Fast and efficient. They've always been able to come out quickly

I took my computer there a few months ago. It had so many viruses, that it wasn't working all the time and when it did it was super slow. They cleaned it up and It has been working fine. Today , I had to take it in, because the screen would not come on at all. No lights, no nothing. Steven helped me out. He checked my cord with a device and saw that it was dead. He then got a cord from the back and tried it, my computer worked. He suggested I go to Fry's to purchase one a new cord. Had a great experience.

Wonderful help for this not so techy of families to keep our computers running smooth and fix any bugs we couldn't!
