Great place to do martial arts or get in shape. The instructors are amazing, and the atmosphere is very positive and encouraging.

I can only speak of the ninja warrior course for bday parties. The kids had a blast. The staff are friendly and safety conscious. Cool place for active kids bday party.

We were part of the Studio family for 2 and 1/2 years while my son was a student and earned his black belt. Great staff and patient instructors. I highly recommend the Studio for TKD and working out.

Great place to introduce your child to Martial Arts or join as a family. The fitness classes are challenging yet fun.

The name is The Studio now. My son has been coming here for over a year. He is learning good discipline and techniques. The environment is encouraging and motivating.
