Customer non-service is their policy. I purchased a $4000 sectional that broke within 1 year. Thomasville admitted that they had used defective parts in my sectional and they tried to fix it. It took over 8 months and 6 service calls to get a less than satisfied result. The manager was rude throughout. Phone calls were not returned, and service calls were cancelled several times. I will never buy another piece of furniture from Thomasville.
