STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUYS BRAND INSIGNIA TELEVISIONS, THEY ARE JUNK.
I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW FLAT SCREEN THAT DIED AFTER JUST 1 1/2 YEARS. NOW I HAVE TO PAY BIG BUCKS TO GET IT REPAIRED .... !!
A HORRIBLE BRAND OF TELEVISION, I REGRET EVER BUYING IT.

This store has never been as well stocked as it currently is. I purchased a refrigerator for a great deal. Do your research and you’ll notice Best Buy is the Best Buy in the area currently. No one can beat the 18 months no interest with their sale price and free delivery. The appliance sales man was very upfront with what is covered with is not covered.

While shopping for tv's on Black Friday an employee said he couldn't tell another customer my daughter plus myself whete the 32ins were because he had a roll of paper towel and a 🍩 donut really in his hand and 🚶 no ran off

I recently bought a TV from Best Buy and just opened it up and turned it on. The screen was all screwed up and it was not dropped or damaged by me.

I tried to exchange it for the same model and they refused. I spoke with the manager Richard who is one of the managers at the Roseville, MN location and he said that not all customers leave happy.

I guess this is their new motto. Hopefully, this location will close soon.

Richard didn't care, and was very rude. While it may be true that not every customer can leave happy in a large store such as Best Buy, instead of being professional about it he chose to be very unprofessional and uncaring about the situation.

Not very good store the one at 23 mile and I94 much better!! You see all these boses walking around and not enough employees. You cant find anyone to help you then you go to check out and no one smiles my check out girl with red hair didnt even look like she wanted to be there, and she looks like that everytime. What happened to the seasonal staff much better at least they want to work. My experience yesterday evening was awful! Going back to the other best buy a little futher but sales staff always around and looks like they want to be there and management much better.

I called Circuit City down the street looking for a certain DVD and was connected to wrong departments twice, and then finally got through to an unfriendly associate who put me on hold for over 5 minutes. Then I called Best Buy and althought it took them a good 10 rings to answer the phone, the sales associate woman was extremely helpful. She was pleasant and located my DVD and then even told me the price and offered to hold it at the service desk. Great job Best Buy! I also bought the Wii Fit from BB a few months back and got exception service then. I would definitely recommend this store.

they have a great selection of electronics and they have really good deals.

The computer staff at this location is outstanding. They know their products and were a big help when we purchased my husband's laptop. Their techs are just as well informed and extremely patient with those of us who are computer-challenged.

We went in to purchase a digital camera for my daughter and the sales person was nothing but helpful. From picking the camera, the memory card, case and extended warranty

After having difficulty with another well known store about not showing a specific rule for an item (i.e. not available online), I was thinking I would not be able to get the gift my nephew wanted (at a decent price). Best Buy proved me wrong.
