My mother is at one of the long-term care facilities where A'viands is at. Their staff is so attentive and caring, they really do put a smile on my mother's face. Their willingness to be supportive and flexible is just one of the many things you could only hope for, for your loved ones. They really are part of our extended 'family'.

I was hired at Scott County Jail kitchen three days ago by Sue Neilson. I have been in Food Service Management for many years, and I have never worked with a manager quite like Sue. She is constantly yelling at all the employees and inmates. What is right one day is wrong the next. I was told to make chocolate frosting, and following the recipe Iwas given. The first line said to cream together the butter and milk. Sue saw what I was doing and told me I shouldn't have added the milk. I pointed to the recipe and said I was following the directions. She screamed at me in front of everyone and said "We don't follow the directions!". For Sue being there a year, I can't believe the longest person working for her is only ten weeks, and the way she treats him I'm sure he won't last long either. Someone needs to talk to her about the way she manages. I am very easy to get along with and am a good manager, but I have never seen anything like the way Sue treats everyone. She won't have any help p
