They have good toys, but the Customer Service is terrible. I opened up the box from them, ready to wrap my son's Christmas toys to discover they had sent me another lady's order. I called Customer Service and they wanted me to go stand in line at the Post Office(which isn't a pleasant experience the week before Christmas) to return the other person's toys. Meanwhile, they had no idea where my kid's toys were and they were no longer available. They didn't care that he wasn't going to get what he wanted for Christmas. They were very unprofessional and unresponsive. My advice is to check your order, to make sure that they actually sent the toys you ordered, and to avoid buying for a holiday or a birhday from them- anything with actual time constraints involved, because you may not get what you ordered, and it there is a mistake, they have no interest in helping you.
