Had my car towed in to get fixed and after two days, I had received a call saying total cost was going to be $680, they told me, I asked if I could get back to them the following day. So I called the following day, spk to Tom, reconfirm what the total amount to that I would owe, he says $680 was the total but if I didn't get it done there it would cost me $85 for the tow and some X Amt for testing, so I decided to let them work on it. He told me my car should be done by Tuesday, I had called that day bcuz I didn't hear from them. It was done late evening. I went in to pickup my car and was presented with a bill off $775, I had ? him, he says it's 680 + tow off $85???!! WTF...Sir you've just losted a very good customer.

I have been taking all my cars to Tom's for the last 20 years and would not take them anywhere else. They have always been honest and do what needs to be done. They don't try to sell you on unnecessary repairs. I always check their work, and have found their service and knowledge to be excellent!I just had my truck in for preventive maintenance on July 7th 2014 and received the same great service that I always have.

The tow truck from Tom's mobil went fast and bouncing thru the McCarrons Village aprtments on Thursday afternoon (7-25) as a short cut instead of using the city streets. There are a lot of children in this paring lot and also people walking with their dogs. I don't find this behavior very becoming of a business owner!!!

I had a tire leak and headlight out, I was able to get in within a couple hours of calling. I own a European SUV so I was nervous about the replacement cost of the headlight. I almost had to ask if that was the correct price when I paid, it was incredibly affordable. Tom and his staff are very friendly and efficient, I will go there again for future maintenance.
