The management office for this building was burglarized in November 2011. The safe and a master set of keys was stolen. The management has not yet changed any of the locks, so every one living there is at risk. There are much better and safer places in Roseville to live.

RosePointe is no longer a nice place to live. My mother lived there for a year. The maintenance person was rude and incompetent, the manager doesn't do much and doesn't know how to lease out the apartments (he used to be one of the part-time receptionists, for goodness sake!), some of the rest of the staff told us they were harassed by the operations manager, and one of my mother's neighbors had told her that the lead housekeeping girl goes to certain apartments to drink and smoke. Hardly professional.Don't move there, there are better places in the area.
