I have been going to ASAP for 7+ years. Knowledgeable team. Professional. Prompt- always in and out in less than 10 min. This is the only place that I trust to service my oil change needs and for State Inspections.

I patronized this business off the recommendations i received from a family member. Once inside I was greeted by a very loud woman who I assumed must have been the owner or some relations to. She wasn't friendly and wasn't able to answer any questions in regards to the oils they provided with the oil change. Ive had my oil changed dozens of times and usually they try and sell you the oil change that best fits your vehicle. ASAP only offered two types of services, and when I asked about the benefit of A versus B she replied I can't tell you which one to chose. Let Me know when you make up your mind and walked away. At that point I started to leave, and even now I regret not following my first thought, but work a very demand schedule with limted time off and my oil change was over due. So I stayed. I will admit the services was ASAP, but the customer service terrible! While wait for my vehicle the lady behind the counter got a call from her daughter. By the time she finished her conversation with her daughter everyone in the waiting area knew what was going on in her and her daughters life. The three of us sitting in the wAiting area looking at each other in disbelief. My name is called my vehicle is ready. She prints my receipt out for me to sign, so I paused because I'm expecting a breakdown of the services completed and / or any recommendations. Nothing! Not even a thank you. The next time I'll take my business somewhere it's valued.

I have been going to ASAP for years because they are fast and you don't have to wait long. The owner service is nothing to write home about you can put up with it just because of their fast service but I stop coming to them and won't recommend them to anyone that I know unless you want a sloppy service that could cost you hundreds to undo their mistakes.



I brought my car in for a simple oil change just last month. They totally screw up my oil pan because they lost my old one and use a screw they must of found that doesn't even fit. They didn't bother to tell me this until I brought it home and notice I have heavy oil leak. I brought it back to them the following day and the owner told me that they new about the leak and that it's bound to go out because I have a bad oil pan. They told me that's there is nothing they can do and that I need to get my oil pan replace. Oil pan is the last thing that will go bad on a vehicle. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
