Heading out on vacation from Missouri to Chattanooga. My car tires were shaking when driving down the mountain.

We arrived and on Saturday first day of vaccation took it to Mack Smith Tires. As was from out of town thought we would get taken and it would cost me an arm and a leg. : (

Well first customer of morning and talked to Richard. Richard was extremely pleasant and nice. Thought it may be the Rotors.
Austin the Mechanic took a look and Richard came to talk to me. Thought here we go.

It appeared it was the rotors, though only had to smooth down hot spots. However, they found a huge metal staple in tire. My wife remembered we had run over something on highway. Unfortunately couldn't just plug as it had significant leak when removed.

Richard got us a tire and Austin fixed us up and within no time we were on our way. Saving our vacation.

It was exceptionally nice to be away from home yet people treat you as if you were right at home.

I always get my tires from here. their very long lasting and seem to be able to handle Chattanooga's bumpy roads with no problem.
