I went there for the first time yesterday, wow! My nails are amazing! I like my nails a certain way, and most places just ignore me, but he listened and did exactly what I wanted and they look great! Everyone I talked to there was very nice also! Will definitely be going back!

I love this place....its like "Cheers" where everyone knows your name. And the price is no more than any other place. I have been going there for years and will continue.

I honestly hate this place. I will NEVER go back! The second lady closest to the restroom did my nails. First of all, I sat in her chair while she are for a good 20 minutes. She didn't even care that she kept me waiting. She kept stopping while doing my nails to play on her iPad and talk. She played the same obnoxious song over and over again the entire time I was there. Then I wanted my nails black and she said "this color isn't black but it will look like." Uhm okay!?! I was so furious. I got a fill and had just had my acrylics put on three weeks prior and she kept saying I needed to take them off and called me stupid because I told her no! She kept making me sit there with my hands in front of the stupid fan while she played on her iPad. Then after I was done drying my nails she checked them and they were clearly screwed up and she was like ok bye. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I went there 2 times recently and it was bad. They always send me to the old man because I'm a college student. I have already gotten nail fungus from my acrylics because they don't know how to properly fill-in the nails. They also charged me for gelish when I specifically said I just want clear nail polish. I will never go back.

Took seriously 2 hours for a simple mani/pedi because they kept stopping to talk amongst themselves, the girl kept asking me inappropriate questions about my appearance & scars I have from an accident even though I was very clearly uncomfortable, & cut way too far down on my toes so at least 3 of them are actually injured and burned like hell. Not to mention it cost like $80? Ridiculous. Only gave 2 stars instead of one because despite the awful experience, my nails and toes actually look very nice and haven't chipped. Still will NEVER go back.
