Put an item on hold by owner "Michelle" and she sold it before I could arrive to pick up. Also, she goes to garage sales right around the corner from her store to purchase the items. After she offers you nothing for your item, she takes it to her shop and marks it up. If you ask her at the garage sale if she is a shop owner or dealer, she lies and says she just collects things with her accent. My whole neighborhood is aware of her. You will know her when you see her if you have a garage sale, short old lady with accent, she will ask you if you have any jewelry. And clutter is the correct word, it is a mess.
