This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered with a business -- movers or otherwise. I was given a four hour window and the movers were more than two hours late. No one was proactive in providing me with updates, and I had to reach out for status checks. I was given the run around and my point of contact for the move day, John, was less than helpful. In fact he treated me as though HE was inconvenienced my me and my concerns over whether the movers would ever show...which they did not. When I called around 7pm (mind you my move in window was 1-5), he did not answer my call. When I called back, he hung up the phone on me. To make matters worse, neither John, Jason (my sales specialist) or anyone from the company ever called me back (I am now three days out from the disaster), despite my sending out an email, voicemail and text message requesting my deposit refunded. I had to reach out to my credit card company directly to request the refund.

THIEVES!!!!! THIEVES!!! Do not use their services. We paid for packing and moving services. One of my checks was STOLEN and CASHED two days after this. They were the only people who had full access to our belongings. Not happy with stealing money from me, we found out they stole cash from the KIDS savings. $125 from our 7yo, and our 13yo wallet with $60 in it. When we called to complain, the girl on the phone was very "concerned", and we were supposed to get a call back because this was supposed to be escalated. THE CALL NEVER HAPPENED. I wish I'd have read the reviews before, but if you are thinking to use this company, DO NIT USE THEM. On top of everything, they left many things in the old house because "there was no space" in the truck. The house isn't that big, and we did not have that many stuff. LAZY THIEVES!!!! I

The movers were not professionally trained at moving, but either well trained at delay/run-time tactics, and/or just personally unethical. Let’s start with the 25 min. initial paperwork session, which is a soft sell of their moving materials, i.e. tape, shrink wrap, while the clock is running. Yes, you are paying for one of the two movers to pitch you additional moving supplies. And if you say no, they refuse to move particular items. They, purposely, use the least efficient way to move your stuff...to rank up hours, i.e. instead of loading the elevator with boxes, one guy just carted down 2-3 boxes at a time, which takes much longer. I clocked him, and it took him an average of 14 minutes to go and come back.

They will use 1/2 a roll, @$50 per roll, of their shrink wrap, which is placed on top of tapped down protective padding, on every possible item. I was like, "are they making cocoons?" They charge $5 per roll of dollar store quality packing tape. It hit me; it would take them additional time to remove the "cocoon" so they could get their padding back. I got so frustrated, I told the guy to stop making "cocoons" and go help the other guy move-I'll do any additional wrap. When you call them on their antics, they mouth-off like your stupid. You would be MUCH better off getting a u-haul and recruiting day labors. You can reach out to me directly, if you want any additional details. Hopefully, the aforementioned was enough to keep you away from a nightmarish moving experience. Don was my dispatcher...and Kermit is his boss (yet to speak with him-was conveniently not available).

Awful - this is a bait and switch company!!! They quoted a price of $500 to move my studio apartment. After they got the truck loaded they insisted the price with $1800!!! If I didn't pay right then, they were going to dump my stuff on the sidewalk. The person I scheduled this with refused to call me back. I'm not talking a lot of stuff - A bed, sofa, table ---no appliances or awkward pieces. Not moving me but less than 1/2 mile. I had everything packed too. This is absolutely criminal. Please do not use this company or get everything in writing.

The movers were three hours late, broke countless items, scratched my entire antique bedroom furnishings, and then got tired half way thru on my dollar. Almost $1,000 to move less than 10 miles in a 1,000 square foot condo. Believe the complaints! The person that wrote all the perfect comments...I bet that was the owner. Go to the Better Business Bureau and see all the horrible complaints. Then go to ripoff report.com. Horrible people. They make all kinds of promises, but make you sign away all liability FOR A REASON....the owner is Ericka Del La Garza...she is a crook.

It was my first big move and I'll tell you what, great great great company. From start to finish I felt like they catered to my every need. You know, I realize that they must deal with every type of a kind of move, but making me feel like they were all about me just sealed the deal.



Nice, clean, on time, did what they said and most of all LISTENED to me. I will most definitely use them in the future and would suggest them to anyone I know looking for help.

Mover went way over estimate. Origional estimate was for 5 hrs, move took and charged for 8. Damage to my driveway. I call in the next business day to file a complaint. They took all my information, and told me they would call back with a resolution at the end of the day. After 3 weeks of calling back, I decided to share my opinion of this operation with the BBB.

After the complaint, and a payment dispute claim with my CC company, I finally spoke with an operations manger. He told me he would knock $100 off the bill for the driveway damage. He would do nothing about excessive time it took to move. His reason was due to my home having a flight of stairs. I am a reasonable person, this move took way too long. Admittedly the OM said the move was over estimate, but because i have nice things, and a flight of stairs, it added 3 hrs.

He was not at my move, and when i asked how he knew his 3 man team was not purposely lagging behind, he told me because he just did. No compensation or ownership of the slow pace. Before speaking with the OM, I thought his crew wanted to get paid for 8 hrs of work. After speaking with him it is clear that this is their business plan. Over promise and under deliver. I would stay clear of All My Sons Moving and Storage.

This is the worse experience I've ever had with movers.



They took three times longer than what was quoted due to their pace / laziness. Several of the movers spent more time complaining about working than actually working. When they did work they were so disrespectful and generally destructive with our stuff that the list of property damaged we're aware of so far includes:

Broken Noritake China (it was bubble wrapped in a manufacturer's box, inside another box) HOW DO YOU BREAK SOMETHING THAT WELL PACKED?

Scuffs / Scratches to our kitchen table (which had been wrapped with a blanket and was treated so badly the blanket had a hole worn through and then the table was damaged on the same corner).

Scuffs / scratches and holes in the walls and on the door frames of our new place, some of which are nearly 6 inches long. I HAVE TO PAY FOR THOSE REPAIRS OUT OF POCKET.

Our King Mattress was thrown on top of everything else and sagged considerably in several place, it's now ruined due to a huge bulge on one side and being able to feel the springs on the other side.

Holes and scratches to our leather couch, again which was wrapped but so abused they still managed to damage.



We did attempt to resolve this amicably with All My Sons but we're continually blown off. At this point I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I am attempting to dispute the credit card charge.



I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!



I would have given them 0 stars if it would have let me.

They don't know how to pack or keep track of your belongings

Run away from this company as fast as you can! They packed all of our household belongings at two different times for storage starting in May 08. When we sold our house, they finished the packing and moved it to storage as well. They have been storing our belongings since that time. On June 20, 2009 they delivered our belongings to our new home in NC, and guess what? They didn't bring about a third of our belongings because they couldn't find them! Now, a week later, and after many phone calls to the the representative and the owner, we were told today that "we honestly haven't had time to look for it--it's our peak season". We've been frantically awaiting a call telling us they found it and they haven't even taken the time to look for it--we find that totally reprehensible, and the owner has not bothered to call us at our request as well. In addition to everything above, they have absolutely no idea how to pack--we have found damage, and total negligence in their packing "skills". For instance, my computer monitor was put into a box with no wrapping paper around it, and it was not even marked fragile. My Georgian antique dining table has no hardware so it can be put back together because the hardware wasn't put with the table. One of my antique sideboards can't be used as the key was not put with it, so the cabinets cannot be opened. At least two of the furniture pieces missing are pieces that my father made for me and he has since passed away--they are irreplaceble. Another of the pieces my father made for me was torn apart instead of leaving it as it was. AND, my grandmother's rocker is in the missing pieces. Would you put cast iron pieces in a box with ceramics--you guessed it. Would you put ceramic pieces in a gym bag and not bother to even put it in a box--you guessed it. Would you pack 6 framed prints in one box with no paper between the prints--right again. You decide for yourself if you want to go through what we have been, but I'd run.

These guys moved fast, I was surprised how quickly my move was finished. The cost was very reasonable, they didn't waste time doing the job like the last people that I used to move. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Glad I Called

I was referred to All My Sons by a friend and I'm glad I called. My move was a little crazy and I was really stressed, but these guys came in a moved me with care and professionalism. The cost was very reasonable considering the service I received and I would definitely use them again if I needed to move.

These guys are amazing, I called at the last minute and they totally took care of me within a couple of hours. The movers were so professional, courteous and efficient, I was shocked how well they worked together to make things easier for me. Moving is such a headache but All My Sons managed to make the move alot easier and hassel free, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality cuatomer service and a quality moving experience.

I found these guys on the internet along with several others and I made my decision based on the reviews I read on here. I'm very happy that I chose All My Sons, the guys were great and very strong while handling my furniture like it was theirs. I would use them again and would definately recommend them to friends and family.

They rescued me

The last minute move I had went great, I had chosen another company to handle my move but they didn't show up. All My Sons was a life safer, when I called around 10 AM to see if they could help me, Stephen jumped at the chance. He had 2 of his movers at my house by noon and they saved the day. They worked quickly and efficiently to make what could have been a horrible experience alot easier to handle, if you need to move call these guys they are definately the ones who can make it happen.

These guys are great, if need to hire a moving company who really cares call All My Sons Moving and Storage. I needed someone at the last minute and they came through for me, I had reserved another company that had not shown up and I was in a panic and not sure where to turn. Eric helped me get through it by sending me a couple of awesome movers that totally took care of me.
