Dean Thompson is sorely missed by this customer. He always provided excellent work on my Mercedes.

UNFORTUNATELY THE NEW OWNER IS NOT UPHOLDING THE SAME STANDARD OF REPAIR. After spending $2,000 on recommended repairs for my idling issues, the issue is still NOT RESOLVED. They advised a tune up to no resolve. Further recommended engine coil replacement with no resolution. Then they wanted me to spend additional money on MORE repairs for the same/continued problem. I said no thank you!
THIS CUSTOMER WILL BE FINDING A NEW REPAIR SHOP.

After taking my vintage 1976 230 Mercedes to a couple of local shops, to save time and avoid traffic, I quickly learned to take the car to a "Certified Mercedes" service center, to get the work done right.



Their pricing and quality of work is like I've nver seen before, plus they took the time to have their detial department thoroughly clean, wax and polish my car, so it looks like new, even though it's now been 34 years since my husband bought the car new while in Germany.
