I have had several repairs done through the last 5 years, and they were all expensive. Some repairs were done well, some were not, but Atlanta Luggage repair was, to my knowledge until recently, the only game in town. There's a nice lady there who is very customer oriented, and then there's the boss lady, who is not. Her attitude is that she's serving time in the store and can't wait to go home, plus she treats her customers as if they were all out to cheat her.



My latest experience was for a small, simple, but overpriced repair for which I had to wait a couple of weeks, and when I went to pick it up, it still wasn't ready. It took the repairman less than 10 minutes to fix the luggage while I waited and had to listen to boss lady complain about her station in life and make excuses why another repair the store had done for me wasn't done right.



Now, thanks to YP, I'll be checking out another shop with better ratings.
