The ambiance of the Busy Burrito was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant appears smaller from the outside but is spacious on the inside with cozy touches that make you feel right at home. You are greeted as you enter and offered beverages. The Horchata is delicious. I highly recommend it. Chips and fresh salsa arrived shortly at our table, fresh and delicious. We ordered the guacamole appetizer and it was one of the best this California girl has tasted in a long time. It was like you made it at home with love and care but better because you didn’t have any of the hard work! We tried the El Molcajete, which is delicious! I think it’s enough for four people but makes for great leftovers. El Molcajete is served in a large mortar that is heated which keeps your foot nice and hot. There’s grilled Mexican ribs, white meat chicken, chorizo and peppers in a nice cheese sauce. The meat seems to be marinated in a flavorful sauce with Mexican peppers. The meat is tender on the inside with a grilled taste on the outside. It’s outstanding. You have rice, refried beans, pico de gallo (YUM), guacamole as well as two different sauces and flour tortillas. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning soon.
