Just wanted knitters and needle pointers in the Atlanta area to know that Cast-On Cottage and Needlepoint Garden has a new owner (since early 2007) and the customer service at the shop is now exceptional! The new owner has also brought in some BEAUTIFUL yarns, and while I don't do needlepoint, looks like she's well stocked in that area as well. Plenty of classes are offered and the instructors are delightful and very helpful. Plenty of opportunities to come together and knit/needlepoint with fellow enthusiasts. It is clear that customer service is now a #1 priority at this shop! For those who had a bad prior experience, I hope you'll give it another try - I'm sure you'll see a difference, and the yarn selection is one of the best I've seen in the area.
