We've lived here for 6 years and are still pleased with most everything. The property has gone through a couple of management changes but currently the folks in charge generally do a good job of handling day to day problems. Occasionally a work order for service will "fall through the cracks" but a follow-up phone call usually does the trick. The units themselves are huge compared to other apartments in the area. Our unit has almost 1500 sq feet and rent is still fair. There are lots of pets here (mine included) but the grounds are kept up very well. Landscapers come out usually twice a week and there is curbside garbage pick-up once a week which is very handy. Overall my family and I have enjoyed our stay at Chattahoochee Landing.
